The Charger Card is the official identification card of Georgia Highlands College. Its primary purpose is to identify you as a Georgia Highlands student or employee. As such, the card remains the property of Georgia Highlands College and must be surrendered upon request. Any use by anyone other than the cardholder or for any use other than those specified by Georgia Highlands College is strictly prohibited. You are requesting a Georgia Highlands College identification card and certify that you intend to or will be enrolled in classes at the College. Giving false or incomplete information on this form may be considered falsification of College records and disciplinary action may be taken. By requesting this identification card, you acknowledge that your ID photo will be disseminated for use with security and access control systems on campus. Any other use of your photo must be related to a legitimate educational or administrative purpose and requires consent from yourself and/or Georgia Highlands College's Leadership. Your GHC Charger Card contains sensitive chip technology. Do not bend or hole-punch your ID card. Magnets and wireless phone charges will damage your card. Do not store your ID in your phone if you use a wireless charger. You are responsible for protecting your ID card and are responsible for any replacement fees. REFUNDS will not be issued for any reason. By continuing with the Photo Upload process, you acknowledge that you have read and confirm the statements above.
